The best part about this court is the location. Conveniently located near a mall and several food courts, getting lunch/dinner with other players is no hassle at all. 

On my last visit to the court on 8th Nov 2020, there were new nets installed and ready. The cushions of the backboard were held up by a rope tied around it. However, it is dangerously slippery along the baseline of the court when wet.

Sheltered and convenient. Fix up cushions and provide a wiper to dry the floor/court. And the court would be perfect. Really love that the height of the rim and size of the court is standard.
