At OwnYourCourt, all sales are final once processed. We take great care in checking our products before shipping, but if you do encounter an issue, here’s what you need to know:
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind purchases.
Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
Discounted, sale, or clearance items.
Refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed defective after inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are only possible if your item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Stock availability may affect exchange options.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Email us at baller@ownyourcourt.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
